Payments, Rescheduling, and Refunds
My mission is to help you write the best TV spec or screenplay possible! And yet, I understand that things come up and sometimes calls must be rescheduled or refunds requested due to life circumstances.
Here are my policies regarding payments, rescheduling and refunds.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Payment must be made on my site before scheduling a session. You can pay onsite using PayPal or simply mail a check to: Erica Byrne, P. O. Box 61390, Los Angeles, CA 90046
- Missed Calls: If you need to reschedule a phone conferencel, in person meeting, or Skype session, 24-hour notification is required. If you miss the call you will be charged the full amount and a $50 charge to reschedule, at which time you will receive your full session.
- There are no refunds for TV pilots, spec scripts, or feature script consultations.

To receive a refund or credit, a student must withdraw by written notification emailed through here 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop or meeting (in person, phone conference, or Skype).
